DELIVERY OF THE GOODS

Vines.ee will deliver the goods via a courier only within the borders of Estonia.

The ordered goods will be delivered to you via a SmartPOST or Venipak courier within 2-4 working days after the payment has been received to Premium Wine OÜ's current account.

If you choose a SmartPOST parcel machine for delivery, the goods will be delivered to the SmartPOST parcel machine you selected when placing the order. You will receive an SMS message about the arrival of the goods on your phone with the package delivery code. If you do not pick up the package within the time period specified by SmartPOST, the customer will bear all costs related to the return of the package or long-term storage and other costs that may arise.

NB! In addition to the code, you also need to enter your ID card into the SmartPOST parcel machine.

Goods can be redeemed from the SmartPOST parcel machine between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

If you choose a Venipak courier for delivery, the goods will be delivered to the address you specified when placing the order. The exact time of delivery of the goods is agreed in advance by phone or e-mail. The goods are delivered Mon-Fri (working days) between 10 am and 5 pm. It is necessary to present an identity document to the courier.

The customer is responsible for having provided correct personal data, address and contact phone number when ordering the goods. Vines.ee and the courier company are not responsible for delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of goods if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by the customer when placing the order. If the shipment has been damaged, the time and cause of the damage must be fixed in the presence of the representative of the courier company.

Vines.ee and the courier are responsible that the goods arrive intact, have a commercial appearance and correspond to what is described in the Vines.ee e-shop. If you receive a broken or damaged product, it will be replaced with a new one or the value will be compensated financially. If upon receiving the goods you notice that the package is broken or wet, do not accept the shipment, but make a statement to the courier and inform us by writing to the e-mail address info@vines.ee or calling +372 5660 9309.

You can enter special requests and other comments (e.g. the phono lock does not work, there is a bad dog in the yard, I am busy from 12 to 2 p.m., someone else will receive the goods instead of you, etc.) in the information box. It is the responsibility of Vines.ee to refute the corresponding assumption.



The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest, by sending an e-mail to the address info@vines.ee or calling on the phone: +372 5660 9309.


Vines.ee is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from Vines.ee have defects for which Vines .ee is responsible for, repairs or replaces Vines.ee's defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, Vines.ee will return to the buyer all fees included in the sales contract.


Vines.ee will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.


RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

If the buyer has complaints about Vines.ee, they should be sent by e-mail to info@vines.ee or by calling +372 5660 9309.



If the buyer and Vines.ee cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit an application here.


The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and Vines.ee. Review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free.


The buyer can turn to the European Union's consumer dispute resolution platform.

CANCELING THE ORDER

It is possible to cancel the order by contacting us at info@vines.smartdisain. eu or by calling +372 5660 9309 before we have shipped the item from the warehouse. If the goods have already been sent out of the warehouse by courier, it is not possible to cancel the order.
