Paul Buisse Estate, covering 54 Hectares of vineyards, is located in
Pouillé, Loir-et-Cher.

Thanks to a temperate climate combined with a chalky and clay soil,
Touraine Sauvignon Blanc is a very expressive wine, well balanced
between fruity and floral aromas, so typical of the grape.

Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Pale yellow and bright in color. The vines provide a complex wine on
the nose, aromatic and mineral. Ripe fruits and citrus aromas, very
subtle and delicate on the palate.

Serve chilled on its own or with appetizers, cooked or smoked meats
and fish, seafood or goat cheese.
